Ontario agents garner sale of Brea medical office building

   Gary Griggs and Brett Cervantes, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap's Ontario office, represented both the seller and buyer in the sale of North Hills Professional Plaza in Brea.  The building sold for $2.615 million.  The property is 100 percent occupied by eight medical and professional tenants with substantially under-market rents and gross leases, according to a news release.
