   The Inland Empire Small Business Development Center will hold a free workshop on "How to Start Your Small Business" from 9-11 a.m. April 2 at the Rancho Cucamonga Chamber of Commerce offices, 7945 Vineyard Ave., Suite D-5.  The SBDC business consultant will cover planning, financing, legal forms of organization and more.  Seating is limited, so pre-registration is recommended.  Information: (951) 781-2345, or online www.iesmallbusiness.com
