Spectra Co. receives garners of excellence

   The Pomona-based historic preservation firm Spectra Co. received an award of excellence from Long Beach Heritage for its Villa Riviera project in Long Beach.  The Long Beach Heritage Awards Benefit was held Feb. 19 on the Queen Mary.  The annual event honored 10 individuals and organizations that have made significant contributions to the preservation of the architectural and cultural heritage of Long Beach.  Spectra Co. performed a variety of preservation and restoration techniques on the $15 million project.
