Upland building leased for five-year term for book repository

   Nicholas Chang and Richard Lee of NAI Capital's Ontario office represented Newport Beach-based Master Development Corp. in the lease of a 20,548-square-foot industrial building in the Upland Technology Center, 2038 W. 11th St.  According to the news release, the Claremont University Consortium leased the space for a five-year term, and intends to utilize the space for a book repository and special collections archive facility.  The tenant was represented by Nick Quackenbos of Quackenbos-Bell Commercial Real Estate.  Information: (909) 945-2339.
