Walgreens donates $50,000 to Pomona health sciences school

   The College of Pharmacy at Western University of Health Sciences accepted a $50,000 gift from Walgreens on March 18, according to a news release from the school.  The pledge will help build a simulated model pharmacy within the Professional Development Laboratory, which is scheduled to open in January.  Information: Online at www.westernu.edu
