Ontario am/pm sells at auction for $4.25 million

   BP West Coast Products sold an Arco am/pm service station in Ontario for $4.25 million through an auction sale, according to costar.com.  The gas station, at 2195 S. Haven Ave., totals 2,900 square feet and sits on 1.7 acres at the northeast corner of South Haven Avenue and East Philadelphia Street.  Dave Shand of  NRC Realty Advisors represented the seller.  The buyer used in-house representation.
