Full-service car wash to fill 2-acre parcel in Victorville

   Pacific Citadel has purchased the two-acre parcel at 12147 Industrial Blvd. in Victorville from a private seller for $2.95 million, according to costar.com. The buyer is in the process of building a full-service car wash and will be doing business as Victorville Speedwash. AJ Rassamni of Coldwell Banker Premier represented the seller. Stanley Baumann of Power Business Solution represented the buyer.
