CVB Financial raises $132.5 million with common stock offering

CVB Financial Corp., parent company of Ontario-based Citizens Business Bank, sold 22,655,000 shares of its common stock during its recent offering. The public offering was priced at $5.85 per share. The total includes the exercise by the underwriters of their over-allotment option, and gross proceeds to the company are about $132.5 million, according to a news release.  Information: www.cbbank.com
