Firm brokers space across the region

CB Richard Ellis has announced a new 177,591- square-foot industrial lease at 1580 Eastridge Drive, Riverside, on behalf of third-party logistics firm OHL, according to a news release.  "It is the fifth significant lease transaction for the company in the Inland Empire this year representing more than 1.2 million square feet cumulatively," the release states.  Dan de la Paz of CB Richard Ellis's Ontario office co-represented OHL with Doug McDowell of ProVenture.  De la Paz also completed the following transactions for OHL:  100,617 square feet at 8950 Rochester Ave., Rancho Cucamonga; 577,905 square feet at 13277 San Bernardino Ave., Fontana; 285,600 square feet at 5725 E. Jurupa St., Ontario; 102,100 square feet at 10846 Commerce Way, Fontana.
