Home buyers workshop coming

MetLife Home Loans, The Sun, Inland Valley Daily Bulletin and Redlands Daily Facts will host a free real estate buyers workshop on Aug. 26 at the Ontario DoubleTree and on Aug. 27 at the University of Redlands Orton Center.  Both workshops will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., and light refreshments will be served.  "During the first 60 minutes of the workshop, the audience will receive insider information on a variety of real estate buying topics such as: home inspection, realtor selection, loans and title," a news release states.  "Tips on finding the best value in the market will be detailed as well as information on stimulus money and the current real estate market climate.  Experts will talk about the differences and opportunities in selecting and buying foreclosed properties versus homes in move-in ready condition."  Seating is limited.  To register, call (909) 386-3014.
