Loma Linda condominium units sell for $1.15 million

Bryan Weiner has purchased two condo units, totalling 3,144 square feet, at 25875 Barton Road, Loma Linda, according to costar.com.  Weiner paied $1.15 million to Meridian Property Co. for the property.  Built in 2008, the office building totals 13,220 square feet and is part of the new Loma Linda Professional Center at the northeast corner of Mountain View Avenue and Barton Road.  Drew Wetherholt of Marcus & Millichap represented both sides of the transaction.
