Pomona company hires new V.P. of business development

PCV Murcor, a real-estate valuation company in Pomona, has expanded its staff with the hiring of Brandon A. Melanese as vice president of business development.  Melanese was previously associated with IRR Residential in Kansas City, Mo., and First American eAppraiseIT in San Diego.
