Commercial broker directs RC sale

Voit Real Estate Services' Commercial Brokerage division, the broker arm of Voit, has directed four transactions in Southern California, one of them in Rancho Cucamonga, according to a news release.  Pre-Owned Office Systems Inc., a company specializing in the sale of new and pre-owned office furniture, has signed a five-year lease on a 74,695-square-foot industrial property for $1.8 million.  The property is at 9448 Richmond Place, Suites A and B, in Rancho Cucamonga.  "The property is in a 174,850-square-foot distribution facility, which is occupied by several tenants," the release states.
