Fontana industrial building sells for $1.26 million

Weller Truck Parts has purchased the industrial building at 9355 Cherry Ave., Fontana, from private investors for $1.26 million, according to costar.com.  Dave Fults and Jeff Linden of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller, while Walter Arrington, also of CB Richard Ellis, represented the buyer.
