State Sen. Bob Dutton will discuss the need for the California Legislature to make private-sector job creation its top priority at the Monday, Sept. 28, meeting of the Inland Valley Business Alliance.  The luncheon meeting will start at 11:30 a.m. at Antonino's Ristorante Italiano, 7945-D7 Vineyard Ave., Rancho Cucamonga.  Cost: $15 Reservations are requested.  Information: (909) 989-2232; www.ivbusiness.org
