Tire supplier leases warehouse space in Fontana

Greenball Corp. has signed a seven-year lease for the 250,430-square-foot warehouse at 13204 Jurupa Ave., Fontana, according to costar.com.  The tire supplier is moving from 10746 Commerce Way, Fontana, in early 2010.  Charles Belden, Kyle Kehner and Tim Pimentel of Cushman and Wakefield represented the landlord, Principal Life Insurance Co.  Jeff Smith of Lee and Associates represented the tenant.
