Altura Credit Union schedules estate-planning workshops

Living trusts and other estate-planning documents will be discussed at a free workshop offered by Altura Credit Union at branches in Riverside and Rancho Mirage.  The workshop will include information about health-care directives, powers of attorney and wills, according to a news release.  The Riverside workshops will be held from 5:45 to 7 p.m. Oct. 6 at 6403 Riverside Ave. and Oct. 27 at 10725 Magnolia Ave.  The Rancho Mirage workshop will meet from 5:45 to 7 p.m. Oct. 14 at 32-101 Bob Hope Drive, Suite E9, Rancho Mirage.  Reservations and information: (951) 571-5391; www.alturacu.com or e-mail drose@alturacu.com
