Business owners can learn how to access government funding

Ruben Estrada of Estrada Strategies will be the keynote speaker at the next installment of the Inland Valley Business Insight series.  The event will take place from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 15, in the lobby of the Redlands Inland Valley Bank, 1200 N.
