Lease with aviation group secured

Stirling Capital Investments announced it has secured a 25,146-square-foot lease with Pacific Aviation Group at Southern California Logistics Center, a 2,500-acre commercial and industrial complex in Victorville near Southern California Logistics Airport.  According to a news release, Pacific Aviation Group, "a leader in the aviation sales and distribution marketplace," plans to commence operations on Oct. 15.  The company's new corporate headquarters will be at 18499 Phantom, Suite 17, in the newly constructed Global Access Business Center, "which consists of two Class A multi-tenant industrial buildings totaling 223,773 square feet," the release says.
