Pomona Web development company forms partnership

PhD Computing, a Web development company in Ontario, has entered into a partnership with Rackspace Hosting, a Web hosting and cloud computing company.  "This is a natural partnership that will allow both companies to better serve our respective client bases," Robert Patrick, president of PhD, said in a news release.  "PhD provides world-class Web development, cloud computing application development and technical migration services to Rackspace customers, and in turn Rackspace offers our customers outstanding hosting services, including virtualization, PCI and HIPAA compliant infrastructure, and cloud computing services."
