SB County supervisor plans 2nd District chamber summit

San Bernardino County Supervisor Paul Biane will host the 2nd District Chamber of Commerce Summit from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday at Victoria Gardens' Celebration Hall, 12505 Cultural Center Drive, Rancho Cucamonga.  Cost: $20.  Information: (909) 987-1012
