| | Comments (0) |

The Urban Land's Institute's 2009 Fall Meeting and Urban Land Expo Nov. 3-5 in San Francisco will include discussion of land-use related topics by leading experts.  Among the workshops listed at the event is "Downturn Demographics; Repositioning for Today's West," which will focus on issues facing the Inland Empire and similar regions that experienced rapid population growth before the recession.  The discussion will tackle the question, "What does it mean for a real estate recovery if population growth is slowing or possibly reversing in markets?"  Information: Trisha Riggs, (202) 624-7086, priggs@uli.org or Robert Krueger, (202) 624-7051, robert.krueger@uli.org
