Upland chamber to hold summit featuring talk by county supervisor

Future Energy Corp. will sponsor the Upland Chamber of Commerce's chamber summit slated for 11 a.m. Oct. 22 at Victoria Gardens' Celebration Hall, 12505 Cultural Center Drive, Rancho Cucamonga. San Bernardino County Supervisor Paul Biane will be the guest speaker.  Cost: $20.  Reservations are required.  Information: (909) 204-4465.
