Victor Valley hospital appoints two new members to board

Victor Valley Community Hospital has appointed Sue Thomas-Channel and Dr. Y. Joe Kwon to its governing board of directors.  Thomas-Channel is senior vice president/regional manager of American Security Bank.  Kwon is a retired High Desert radiation oncologist, who founded the High Desert Joint Cancer Program in 1981 and was president of the Inland Empire unit of the American Cancer Society.  Information: (760) 843-6180.
