$2.69M four-year lease secured at Etiwanda Distribution Center
WCV Commercial Properties has secured a four-year lease totaling 185,342 square feet and valued at $2.69 million with Dirt Cheap Inc., a landscape services company. The space is at 1100 S. Etiwanda Ave., units A & B, in the Etiwanda Distribution Center in Ontario. Mike McCrary and Jeff Bellitti from Colliers International represented owner WCV Commercial Properties in the transaction. Anthony Naticchioni of NAI Capital represented the tenant.
