Cal State SB students awarded scholarships by trade group

Two Cal State San Bernardino students were awarded Rising Star scholarships at the Inland Empire Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America's Polaris Awards dinner Oct. 21 at the Castaway Restaurant in San Bernardino.  Senior Elizabeth Ebie and junior Grace Rudatsikira are members of the Cal State San Bernardino chapter of the Public Relations Student Society of America. Both students are pursuing bachelor's degrees in communication studies at CSUSB.
