Chino driver named Employee of Month at O.C. transit agency

The Orange County Transportation Authority honored coach operator Philip Rosin of Chino as its Employee of the Month for October.  Rosin was honored for remaining accident-free on the job for 30 years, according to a news release.  He also was noted for maintaining an "outstanding attendance and customer relations record as an OCTA coach operator."
