Enterprise zone workshop aims to help businesses

State Sen. Gloria Negrete McLeod, D-Montclair, will host a free workshop to inform local businesses about "how they can utilize the enterprise zone program to save money and jobs," according to a news release.  The event, scheduled 8:30-10 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 12, will cover information about tax credits and incentives available to businesses in the San Bernardino Valley Enterprise Zone.  It will be held at the Gonzales Center, 670 Colton Ave., Colton.  Reservations are required by Nov. 10.
