Free class to help first-time home buyers slated in Upland

Lenders Who Care, a nonprofit organization of mortgage lending professionals, will hold an "Overview of First-Time Homebuyer Programs" 6:30-7:30 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 9, in the Multi-Purpose Room at the Upland Public Library, 460 N.
