IEERC to host seminar in Hesperia about preventing foreclosures

The Inland Empire Economic Recovery Corporation will hold a free foreclosure-prevention seminar from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday in Sultana High School's multipurpose room, 17311 Sultana St., Hesperia.  Homeowners may meet with representatives from nonprofit housing counseling agencies approved by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.  They also can meet one-on-one with participating banks and lenders. There also will be information on the foreclosure process, short sales and more.  Information and registration: www.ieerc.org
