Montclair industrial facility sells for $2.67 million

Pan Vida Distributors has sold the industrial facility at 5507 Brooks St., Montclair, for $2.67 million to a private buyer, according to costar.com. The buyer plans to operate a medical supply manufacturing/distribution center there. Nicholas Chang, Richard Lee and Teresia Knight of NAI Capital Inc. represented the seller.  David Wu of Grubb & Ellis represented the buyer.
