Ontario industrial building changes hands for $1.17 million

has announced the sale of a 17,537-square-foot industrial building at 2050 Hellman Ave., Ontario. The building sold to
Mariner's Village Investment LLC
for approximately $1.17 million. The seller,
Douglas Shand Trust,
was represented in the sale by Morrissey and
William Flaherty
of MGR Real Estate.
Nicholas Chang
and
Richard Lee
of
NAI Capital
represented the buyer.
