Real estate women to address new lending standards at luncheon

CREW Inland Empire, a member organization of the Commercial Real Estate Women Network, will address new lending standards at its monthly luncheon from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Nov. 18 at the Ayres Suites Ontario Airport, 1945 E. Holt Blvd., Ontario.  The event, "Are You Stimulated Yet?  How Government Policies and the Financial Market Meltdown Are Impacting Commercial Real Estate," will feature expert speakers, including moderator Erik Hernandez, senior vice president at Lee & Associates in Ontario; Karen Racusin, senior vice president and Southern California regional manager for U.S. Bank; Deborah Gallagher, senior vice president and director of SBA lending for Community Bank, and John H. Renken, founder and president of The Renken Co.  Cost: $35 for members; $45 for nonmembers. Reservations deadline is Nov. 17.  Information: www.CREW-IE.org
