Riverside real estate professional joins research council at Cal Poly

Bruce Norris, a Riverside-based real estate consultant, hard money lender, investor and educator, has been appointed to the executive committee of the Real Estate Research Council of Southern California, a nonprofit organization headquartered at Cal Poly Pomona.  The council gathers and analyzes statistics involving employment, building permits, new and existing home sales, deeds, notices of default and foreclosures as well as trends involving construction lending, residential purchase lending, office and industrial vacancy rates, apartment vacancy rates and rents throughout Southern California.
