Solar system company formed through local partnership
PermaCity Construction Corp.
of Los Angeles and
Mark Parton Construction Inc.
of San Bernardino County have formed a new company,
PermaCity Inland Empire,
with
Mark Parton acting as president and
CEO. According to a company news release, the new group will be
designing and installing photovoltaic systems throughout the Inland
Empire, including residential, commercial, nonprofit and governmental
entities. "The formation of the partnership is timed to take great advantage of
the city of Yucaipa's recent adoption of California Assembly Bill 811,"
according to the release. "The bill allows municipalities to provide
low-interest loans to residences and businesses for energy efficient
and renewable energy projects." The loan is re-paid at the same time and in the same manner as property taxes and is transferred when the property is sold. Information: (909) 797-7554; e-mail mark@permacitycity.com
