The Shoppes at Chino Hills is under new management

| | Comments (0) |
Glen Miller, spokesman and property manager for The Shoppes at Chino Hills, has announced that PM Realty Group is the new property management company for the shopping center.  The center has been under the court-ordered receivership of Cordes & Co. since July, after its owner, Opus West, filed for bankruptcy.  "Most of the staff is the same. We just have a new general manager," Miller said. "The company is dedicated to making the transition as smooth as possible to the retailers here. The consumers shouldn't notice any change. The Shoppes is still open for business." The new general manager is Richard A. Jones.  Information: (909) 364-1386; www.pmrg.com
