Customer service workshop

The Resource Center for Nonprofit Management, a Riverside-based nonprofit and program under the Volunteer Center of Riverside County, is hosting a workshop, "Customer Service: Getting Back to Basics," on Jan. 6 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Youth Opportunity Center in Riverside, according to a news release.  Carolyn Ortman of CKO Marketing and Training Group will be the class instructor.  "This workshop is valuable for office managers, receptionists, case managers, childcare workers and anyone that works with the public on a daily basis," it states.  To RSVP, or for more information, call 951-686-4402, ext.162, or e-mail  or visit www.vcrivco.org.  The cost is $20 for members.
