Indian Wells retail property changes hands for $20 million

Stoneridge Capital Partners, a real estate investment company in Newport Beach, has acquired The Village at Indian Wells from A&B Properties Inc., the real estate subsidiary of Alexander & Baldwin Inc., in an all-cash transaction totalling $20 million.  The Village at Indian Wells is a 104,600-square-foot retail center in Indian Wells. Sam Alison of CB Richard Ellis represented A&B Properties, Inc. in the sale of the asset. Stoneridge did not use broker representation.
