A private buyer acquired the industrial building at 9070 Rancho Park Court in Rancho Cucamonga, for $1.43 million, or about $92 per square foot, according to a news release. "The 15,503-square-foot building (was) completed in 2004 and features a 22-foot clear height and two loading docks," it states.  "The buyer plans to occupy the property after the seller, which is the owner-operator of Northstar Systems, moves out." Milo Lipson and Richard Schwartz of Grubb & Ellis represented the seller. Barret Woods of Lee & Associates represented the buyer.
