Lawmakers to be honored

The San Bernardino County Employees Retirement Association is recognizing state Sen. Gloria Negrete McLeod, D-Montclair, and Assemblyman Bill Emmerson, R-Rancho Cucamonga, as its 2009 Democratic Legislator of the Year and 2009 Republican Legislator of the Year.
