Lender opens local mortgage office
PrimeLending, a subsidiary of Dallas-based PlainsCapital Corp., has opened a Rancho Cucamonga branch serving communities throughout the Inland Empire, according to a news release. PrimeLending is a mortgage lender with over 154 branches in 32 states. The local office is located at 8577 Haven Ave., Suite 201. The company has named David Powers, a mortgage professional and Inland Empire resident, as assistant vice president and branch manager.
