CWCapital, a subsidiary of CW Financial Services and lender to the multifamily and health care real estate industries, announced it has refinanced Marbella Villa Apartments in Chino, lending $10 million on the 106-unit property.  "The 10-year fixed-rate loan was financed through CWCapital's Agency Lending Group and was originated by William Battaglia, vice president in CWCapital's Irvine office," states a news release. "The loan was executed through the Fannie Mae DUS program.  Although located in a pre-review market, the property and the submarket in general have demonstrated consistent performance during the recent economic downturn."
