Medical group buys building

Inland Rheumatology and Osteoporosis Medical Group has bought the medical building on 1238 Arrow Route in Upland, according to a news release from Daum Commercial Real Estate. "The 12,483-square-foot building sold for $1.3 million," it states.  "The building formerly was occupied by a Veteran's Administration office, which recently relocated.  The buyer will occupy 100 percent of the building." Lee Spence of Daum represented the buyer and seller.
