Tax experts plan annual meeting
The Inland Empire Chapter of the California Society of Tax Consultants will hold its annual Tax Year 2009 Update and Review from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Jan. 9 at the Doubletree Hotel in Claremont. Check-in begins at 7:30 a.m. The speaker is Claudia Stanley, CPA. The California Franchise Tax Board update will be given by Steve Simms, the taxpayers rights advocate for the Franchise Tax Board.
