Ontario-based Fullmer Construction says that its Global Access Lot 1 project in Victorville recently received LEED Gold certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.  According to a news release, the project is a 1 million-square-foot speculative industrial distribution facility.  The certification "qualifies the facility as the largest speculative 'green' industrial facility in the world and the first ever LEED certified project of any kind in Southern California's High Desert region," it says.
