Bicycle retailer purchases Rancho Cucamonga building

Incycle Inc. has purchased the retail building at 9110 Foothill Blvd., Rancho Cucamonga, for $1.06 million, or about $220 per square foot, from a private trust, according to costar.com. It will be the fourth location for the bicycle company in the region.  Eric Ramirez of MGR Real Estate represented the seller. Frank Artura of TVM Commercial Realty Group represented Incycle.
