Rancho Cucamonga business group to host Bill Leonard at meeting

Bill Leonard, a member of the state Board of Equalization, will address the Inland Valley Business Alliance's Ultimate Business Connection at 11:30 a.m.  Monday at Antonino's Ristorante Italiano, 7945 Vineyard Ave., Rancho Cucamonga.  The Board of Equalization is California's elected tax board and oversees the state's sales and use taxes.  Leonard, who served in the state Legislature for 24 years, will discuss the state's business climate and budget, as well as tax laws that affect area businesses.  Cost: $15.
