CREW-IE to discuss connection of sports, success in business

CREW Inland Empire will host a luncheon focused on "how athletics enhance personal and professional growth," featuring Bobbi Becker, manager of Metropolitan Water District.  "Becker will share insights on how athletics can help professionals in building bridges, instilling confidence, and expanding business development opportunities through a variety sports," according to the news release.  The lunch event will take place from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Holiday Inn Ontario Airport, 2255 Convention Center Way, Ontario. Cost: $35 for CREW members; $45 for nonmembers. Price includes lunch.  Reservations are required by Tuesday.  Information: www.CREW-IE.org
