Grubb & Ellis announces new head executive for SoCal offices
Grubb & Ellis Co., a real estate services and investment firm, recently announced that Chuck Hunt, executive managing director of its Los Angeles office, has been promoted to oversee the company's newly created Southern California region. He will oversee the company's Ontario, Anaheim and Newport Beach offices, and will "work closely with the individual market leaders to improve profitability, recruit professionals and expand client relationships," according to a company news release.
