McNulty elected a director of American States Water Co.

James F. McNulty has been elected a director of American States Water Co. to serve until the company's annual meeting in 2011 or until his successor is elected.  McNulty was also elected a director of two of the company's subsidiaries, Golden State Water Co. and Chaparral City Water Co.
